Have a look around a few of them and do some digging. Also you maybe able to ask the owner to give you a call if new baby items come in.

There is another way to get not only free but also new baby stuff and that is via the internet.
Many baby companies will give new moms and dads free baby stuff to test out or to report on.
The will give you diapers and toys, strollers and cribs.
Generally they will ask you to do a small survey in exchange for these items.
This is a win win for you and the company. You get the free items and they get feedback on the product.
There are many sites that offer this service. All you have to do is fill out a small form and then you are told via email about different offers.
Many websites as well as having free baby products also have goods for when your kid is older and in some cases even stuff for moms.
